  • Visit the eCitizen login page then click on ‘Forgot your password.’ The link is usually located above ‘Log in.’
  • The next page will prompt you to key in your email address (the one you used to sign up for the eCitizen account) or national Identification Number. Once you have entered the details, you can click on the ‘Reset My Password’ button.
  • The next stage will require you to state the method you prefer to use reset and get a new password. This means that you will choose whether to get the reset code via text message to the number you registered with or the login email address for your eCitizen portal. It is better to opt to get the code through text message as it is often faster. After taking your pick, click on continue then proceed to the next stage.
  • Check your email inbox or phone for the confirmation code.
  • Key in the sent code on the reset web page.
  • You will be required to type the new password you will use. Create it then confirm it again.
